Our mission

A platform built for creators

CreatorsTV exists to help independent filmmakers and creators move beyond simply making great work — toward distribution, monetization, visibility and sustainable creative careers.

  • 01 Create Original work and creator stories.
  • 02 Distribute Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV.
  • 03 Grow Audience, partnerships, revenue.

None of our roles are built around busywork. Whatever you work on should move this mission forward.

Real work, real output

What you may work on

  • 01 Partnerships Research and reach out to distribution companies, production partners, showrunners, sponsors and industry collaborators.
  • 02 Post-production Turn filmed footage and B-roll into finished, marketable concepts: trailers, founder stories, recruitment pieces, shorts and social cuts.
  • 03 Streetstyle and field content Participate in streetstyle shoots and on-location production designed for fast, culturally relevant social consumption.
  • 04 Original series Help develop and film repeatable series concepts with a clear hook — content built to earn attention and strengthen the CreatorsTV brand.
  • 05 Creator growth Support filmmaker outreach, submissions, research, social publishing and audience-development experiments.

The expectation

How we work

We are looking for emerging professionals, not task-takers.

  • 01 Own it If you accept a task, communicate, ask questions early and carry it toward completion.
  • 02 Think like a creator Bring ideas. Spot stronger hooks, edits, formats, partnerships and opportunities without waiting to be told.
  • 03 Move with urgency Media moves quickly. Meet deadlines, respond to your team and flag blockers before they become problems.
  • 04 Make it portfolio-worthy Our goal is for you to leave with work you can point to, discuss and — when applicable — be credited on.

The value of the experience

What you should leave with

The strongest outcome is not "I helped." It is "I can show what I helped build."

  • 01 Credit At least one meaningful piece of work you can reference in your portfolio or future interviews.
  • 02 Range Exposure across production, editing, content strategy, partnerships and distribution — depending on your role.
  • 03 Relationships A chance to collaborate across teams and build professional relationships with other emerging creatives.
  • 04 Judgment Practice making creative and business decisions in an early-stage media company where your thinking matters.

How this interview works

  1. Introduce yourself on camera.
  2. Pick 2 of 4 questions — whichever you actually want to answer.
  3. 2 takes each, so a stumble costs you nothing.
  4. Ask us whatever you want at the end. We answer personally.

You'll need a camera and microphone. If your camera is blocked, you can upload a video instead. Nothing records until you press record.
